Dispute Resolution

It can certainly be an overwhelming and difficult experience when you are building or renovating, and sometimes things may not always go to plan. If in the event something should go wrong with your builder or tradesperson, we can help guide you in the right direction to take steps to a satisfactory resolution.

Where you cannot resolve a dispute with your builder or tradesperson we can then take the matter further and work with Fair Trading to come to a compromise.
