When looking at renovating your home or investment property the main thing to consider is your budget. Your budget will certainly be the biggest factor in addressing the choices you make. Costing’s can vary from anywhere between $1000 per sqm to $4000 plus per sqm depending on how big or small your project is. Finishes are the biggest choices you will make and the most exciting part of the whole process, so be careful not to go overboard and remember to stay true and as close to your budget as you can.
